Tula Networking customer servers are located in data centers with a state of the art Cisco powered network, which is designed for speed and redundancy, to ensure the highest level of availability for your web sites. The network is connected to the Internet using Gigabit connections from Tier 1 carriers such as AT&T, Global Crossing, Verizon, and Level3. This ensures minimal latency, and optimal routing paths for traffic entering our network. Diverse fiber optic entry points to our facilities provide increased redundancy, in the unlikely event of a local fiber optic cut.
Our NOC performs 24/7 network monitoring. Our NOCs monitor
the HTTP and SMTP ports, and conduct Ping tests to determine if
the servers are active. In the event that a port is unreachable, an email
is sent to every member of our technical staff. Additionally, the NOCs
provide our engineers with real-time status, notification and forecasting
of network events. Our data center is monitored 24/7 by highly qualified
network engineers and administrators.
